ANTECEDENTES<\/h3>\n \n\n

Nac\u00ed en Anaheim, California, el 8 de octubre de 1999. Mis padres son ambos de M\u00e9xico, mi pap\u00e1 de un pueblito llamado Villa Guerrero y mi mam\u00e1 de otro El Pochote. Tenemos muchos t\u00edos y t\u00edas, as\u00ed que crec\u00ed en una gran familia mexicana. Siempre hab\u00eda alg\u00fan cumplea\u00f1os que celebrar, as\u00ed que nos reun\u00edamos a menudo en casa de mi abuela. Fui al Cypress High School y luego me contrataron para correr a campo traviesa en el Long Beach City College (LBCC). Fui a LBCC y pensaba ser profesor de Matem\u00e1ticas antes de entrar en el seminario. Particip\u00e9 en el grupo de j\u00f3venes de mi parroquia y en el de San Justino M\u00e1rtir. Fui ujier en San Policarpo y tambi\u00e9n monaguillo durante algunos a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n \n\n \n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son algunos de los factores que te llevaron a tomar la decisi\u00f3n de entrar en el seminario y discernir la cuesti\u00f3n de la vocaci\u00f3n al sacerdocio?<\/strong> <\/p>\n \n\n \n\n

Provengo de una devota familia cat\u00f3lica y mi vocaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 en casa. Tengo dos hermosas hermanas mayores, Evelyn y Xochilth, un hermano en el cielo Jovanny (aborto involuntario). Mi vida familiar es un elemento esencial de mi llamada al sacerdocio. \u00cdbamos a misa todos los fines de semana (\u00a1aunque a m\u00ed no me gustaba!) y rez\u00e1bamos juntos a menudo. Cuando ten\u00eda unos 12 a\u00f1os mi padre empez\u00f3 a llevarme a misa los viernes y despu\u00e9s nos qued\u00e1bamos para la alabanza y la adoraci\u00f3n. No fue hasta los 14 a\u00f1os, cuando fui a un retiro, cuando realmente hice m\u00eda la fe. Era un grupo de j\u00f3venes de San Policarpo llamado Discipulos Misioneros Adolescentes (D.M.A). Sent\u00ed el amor de Dios y supe que exist\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s de ese retiro asist\u00ed regularmente al grupo y poco a poco fui creciendo en mi fe. Asistimos a diferentes eventos que me expusieron a la inmensidad de la Iglesia cat\u00f3lica, como el Congreso de J\u00f3venes y la Jornada Mundial de la Juventud. En \u00faltima instancia, s\u00e9 que fue Dios quien sigui\u00f3 agitando mi coraz\u00f3n. Me ha dado una gran devoci\u00f3n a Nuestra Sant\u00edsima Madre. <\/p>\n \n\n \n\n

\u00bfQui\u00e9nes son algunas de las personas que influyeron en su decisi\u00f3n de ingresar en el seminario? \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que le ha ayudado de ellos?<\/strong> <\/p>\n \n\n \n\n

Como ya he dicho, mis padres siempre me han apoyado. En particular, mi padre me llevaba a todas las reuniones de discernimiento que se celebraban en la di\u00f3cesis o con una orden religiosa. Tambi\u00e9n Monse\u00f1or Doctorczyk me ayud\u00f3 en mi discernimiento. Me gui\u00f3 en mi viaje. Me ayud\u00f3 a discernir y a caminar conmigo, ni una sola vez me sent\u00ed reclutada sino guiada hacia la decisi\u00f3n correcta. <\/p>\n \n\n \n\n

Describa el momento en que supo que quer\u00eda dar los siguientes pasos para ser sacerdote.<\/strong> <\/p>\n \n\n \n\n
