Background

What are some of the factors that led to your decision to enter the seminary and discern the question of a vocation to the priesthood?

I felt that it was time to enter into formal discernment for the priesthood within the seminary. So with the direction of both my Spiritual Director and the Diocese I enter in the Bishop White Seminary in Spokane.

Who are some of the people who influenced your decision to enter the seminary? What is it about them that assisted you?

Some of the people who influence my entrance into seminary were Fr. Steve Correz, Fr. John Shimotsu, Fr. Daniel Reader, and Bishop Freyer.

Describe the moment that you knew you wanted to take the next steps to become a priest?

I was getting ready to graduate and I was speaking to the vocation director at the time and we had come to the decision to enter college seminary.
